Rename project from imc-vibe to imc

- Binary name: imc-vibe -> imc
- Go module: github.com/imc-vibe/backend -> github.com/imc/backend
- JWT issuer: imc-vibe -> imc
- UI labels: IMC Vibe -> IMC
- Update all imports and comments
